Connex Promotions is an ethical manufacturer and produces over half a million conference bags each year to over 600 professional conference organisers for their events all over the world, making us Europe’s largest conference bag supplier.

Connex offer an unrivalled support service to professional conference organisers, researching tirelessly to ensure we use up to date fabrics and fittings to give the best value for money with all our promotional products. We hold substantial stocks of conference bags and folders in-house which are all available on a next day service. 

Our Services

In-house graphic design and screen printing facilities enable printed conference bags and promotional products to be supplied in just 5 days after artwork approval. We also have a flexible order system whereby final numbers can be confirmed just prior to printing removing the need to forecast quantities.
